Hi Claudio,Can you let us know which update you have installed? Have you installed the English language package yet? If yes, you can remove it as a test. As your issue just happeded after installing 3 updates, you can try system restore to restore your machine before installing these updates. After that, you can reinstall the updates one by one, you can list the KB number/update name so we can check it for you. Good luck! John
